Russian propaganda reported that on pseudo-referendumx more than 100 foreign “observers” from 40 countries were present in the Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
Center for Combating Disinformation named names and told about the so-called foreign “observers”.
According to the CPD, in general, less than 10 people, known for their long-standing ties with the Russian Federation and Vladimir Putin, were mentioned as foreign “observers” in the information space of Russia.
The list of foreign “observers” and their main theses according to the “results” of the pseudo-referendums:
