368.media – Naftogaz will spend 41 million hryvnias on new “secret” pickup trucks

Naftogazbezpeka, a subsidiary of Naftogaz of Ukraine, signed a contract for the purchase of “secret” four-wheel drive pickups for over 41 million hryvnias without holding open tenders. About this editorial 368.media it became known from information on the ProZorro portal.

According to the tender documentation, Naftogazbezpeka purchased 35 four-wheel drive pickups, which the contractor will deliver by November 30, 2022. At the same time, the published documentation does not specify the model of the purchased cars, as well as their equipment.

The contract for the supply of cars was concluded on November 21 with Nova Energy of Ukraine LLC. The supplier company, according to the register of legal entities, was registered in Kyiv in 2019 with a charter capital of only 10 thousand hryvnias. The main direction of the company’s activity is international activity.

The owner of the company is Borys Tkalenko, who also owns Bor-auto LLC and Estate Capital LLC. It is worth noting that during the years of its existence, the company concluded a contract in the ProZorro system for 49.3 million hryvnias.
