On September 22, the assembled detachments of the State Emergency Service continued to perform the task of restoring normal living conditions in the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv region. Currently, restoration work continues in the liberated cities of Balaklia and Izyum, in which 170 rescuers and 70 units of equipment are involved. Also, about 130 pyrotechnicians are cleaning the de-occupied territories contaminated by enemy explosive objects. Only during the past day, they liquidated 1249 units of GNP.
In Balaklia, rescuers are working on the possibility of installing a pontoon crossing across the Siverskyi Donets River, for which the area adjacent to the installation site is being cleared of trees. The equipment in the destroyed pumping station is being unblocked, rubble is being cleared, the remains of construction structures are being removed, and emergency elements of the boiler house structures are being dismantled. 2 power generators with a capacity of 600 and 100 kW are operating to ensure work on damaged areas of power grids to restore power supply and connect subscribers. Search for damaged underground electric highways is underway.
In Izyum, emergency and rescue work is ongoing at the destroyed school No. 4, Lyceum No. 12 and the Pryladobudivnoy plant. Rescuers are dismantling the debris, dismantling the emergency remains of construction structures.
The forces of the combined detachment are also involved in the exhumation of bodies in the places of mass burial of people killed by the invaders, and perform other assigned tasks.
