The police call on Ukrainians not to ignore air warning signals.
On Wednesday, November 23, a man was killed during a rocket attack in the Kyiv region. He stood during the time anxiety on the balcony, when a piece of debris tore off his head.
This was announced by the head of the National Police of the Kyiv region, Andrii Nebytov, during the UNN briefing.
He noted that the man was one of the victims of yesterday’s rocket attack on the Kyiv region.
“One of the dead was just standing on the balcony and watching. His head was torn off by a fragment,” said Nebitov.
He called on citizens not to ignore air warning signals and noted that during rocket fire it is safe only in shelters.
Russia launched another massive attack on Ukraine
On Wednesday, November 23, Russian troops launched a massive shelling of Ukraine. The occupiers aimed their rockets at the objects of critical infrastructure. After that, a number of settlements were left without electricity. In Kyiv and the region, the enemy hit residential buildings, as a result of which civilians were killed.
