The higher anti-corruption court chose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest for the ex-deputy minister of community development, territories and infrastructure, Vasyl Lozynskyi.
“Ukrainian Pravda” writes about this.
Judge Yaroslav Shkodin made the decision to place Lozynskyi under house arrest.
Lozinsky is obliged to be under house arrest 24 hours a day.
He is also obliged to arrive at every request, not to leave Kyiv without permission, to report a change of residence and/or work, not to communicate with witnesses and other suspects, to hand in foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.
Earlier, VAKS arrested Serhii Kryvyi – the alleged organizer of a bribe to the ex-deputy minister of community development, territories and infrastructure with the alternative of paying a bail of UAH 100,000,472.
